  • Can I request a commission painting?
    At this time, I am not currently seeking any commission opportunities for paintings. However, I am open to business collaborations, pop up art shows, and gallery opportunities.
  • Can I repaint or copy your artwork?
    No you may not, all of my artwork is copyrighted. Unless otherwise allowed, please do not repaint any of my art to sell unless if use for personal use. MY original work may not be used for distribution or logos. However if you would like to use my artwork for a sip & paint class, please email me under "contact" and we can arrange something.
  • How long does shipping usually take?
    You can expect most items to be shipped within 5-7 days of purchase. Once items are shipped you will also receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
  • Do you provide refunds or exchanges?
    Absolutely no refunds will be provided unless there is an error on my end. Refunds will NOT be offered due to DELAYED SHIPMENTS. Bri Simpson Art does not offer exchanges. Once an order has been made and delivered to your home address you cannot make a return or exchange. So please make sure your shipping information is correct.

    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
